Shipping Policy
We use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
Currently we offer delivery across India. We’re excited to announce that international shipping will be open soon, please keep an eye out for updates!
Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Once shipped you can also track your shipment status on our website in Orders under Accounts. Delivery timelines vary based on location, but all domestic orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 business days once shipped.

Handcrafted Items:
Please note that garments featuring handwork (such as embroidery and hand smocking) may require extra time to prepare. These items can take up to an additional 2 business days to ship. If your order includes both handcrafted items and other pieces, all items will be shipped together when the entire order is ready. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we create unique pieces for you!
Shipping Methods:
We have a standard shipping charge of Rs.120/- that is added at the checkout for deliveries within India.
Delivery Delays:
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking information. You can also track your shipment status on our website in Orders under Accounts.
Note on COD (Cash on Delivery) orders: Certain pin codes may not be serviceable for Cash on Delivery (COD) by our logistics partners. If this applies to your order, we will contact you via your registered email. You can choose to place a prepaid order in such cases to ensure fulfillment. If not, the order may be canceled based on PIN code serviceability.
Failed Delivery Attempt:
Our shipping partner will attempt to deliver the package 3 times before it is returned to us. To redeliver the package to same or different location additional charges will be applicable.
Find a Missing Package that shows as delivered:
Sometimes you may see your package marked as "delivered" before you receive it. It might be due to the delivery status being updated in advance while your order is on the way. Incase you are still unable to locate the shipment after 24 hours, it is imperative that the customer write to us within 48 hours from delivered date so the matter is escalated & investigated thoroughly. Post the 48 hours we will not be liable for the misplaced package.
