RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used or worn garments. Size exchanges are accepted, subject to approval by our team.

The following items are not eligible for Refunds or Exchanges:

  • Hair accessories.
  • Personalised Outfits, Accessories(Monograms, Custom sizes)

Kindly refer the brand size guide provided at various sections of the site before placing an order.

DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • You receive a defective or damaged product.
  • An incorrect item has been sent by us.

Every order undergoes a thorough quality assurance check before dispatch. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged in transit, we require clear images showing the product in the received condition to process your request. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order, we will be happy to assist you with a resolution.

Returns Policy

Personalised outfits such as Monogram, embroideries are not eligible for Refunds or Exchanges. 

We do not accept any returns unless the product is Defective or Damaged while receiving or we have sent you the wrong size. In such cases we have a 72 hour return window, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your item to intimate us via email to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  To start a return, you can contact us at hello@cottoncandybabyshop.com. 

Size Exchange Policy

We accept size exchanges. Once the exchange is approved, we can assist with a size exchange for the same product, subject to availability. Shipping charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer.

Please note that orders with customisations are not eligible for return or exchange.

Order Cancellation 

Once the order is processed, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

Color Variation

We have taken great care to ensure that the colors of our products are represented as accurately as possible in our images. However, please note that the appearance of colors may vary depending on the settings and calibration of your device's display.
