RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Each piece is handmade at our warehouse in Bangalore, with care and dedication. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used garments.
The following items are not eligible for Refunds or Exchanges:
- Hair accessories.

Returns Policy
We do not accept any returns unless the product is Defective or Damaged while receiving or we have sent you the wrong size.
72 Hour Return Window
We have a 72 hour return window, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your item to intimate us via email to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@cottoncandybabyshop.com. To process a return, the customer is required to provide the relevant images or documentation as requested by our team, based on the specific circumstances. Once the return has been approved by our team, we will arrange for a return pick up from the provided address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Payment to Source Account
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment source account within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchange Policy
We accept size exchanges pending approval from our concerned team.
In such cases once the exchange is approved, we can assist with a size exchange for the same product or a different one of equal or higher value. The customer will be responsible for covering the price difference, as well as the shipping costs.

Please note that customized sizes will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Order Cancellation
Once the order is processed, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

We have taken great care to ensure that the colors of our products are represented as accurately as possible in our images. However, please note that the appearance of colors may vary depending on the settings and calibration of your device's display, such as your monitor, tablet, or mobile phone. As a result, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your screen will be precisely accurate with the actual product.
